Campaign Terms

This campaign is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta or any other third party platform. This campaign is organized by Oddlygood Global Ltd (“Oddlygood”).

You can participate in the campaign by submitting your application by March 31st  2024 at 11.59 pm CET. Only legal European citizens over the age of 18 can enter this campaign. Employees of Oddlygood or any of its Affiliates are not entitled to participate in the campaign.

Based on the applications received, Oddlygood chooses top 3 candidates to be interviewed for a one-month long paid coffee break in online meetings during April 2024. If you are not contacted by Oddlygood, you are not selected for the top 3 or, further, for the final round in the campaign. The winner will be selected based on the final interview round including questions regarding coffee habits. The winner will be contacted personally by Oddlygood before May 1st 2024, and announced on Oddlygood’s Instagram account no later than May 1st 2024.

The prize consists of a one-month long paid coffee break, coffee machine and a large supply of Oddlygood® Barista products. The prize can´t be exchanged for other compensations or products, nor assigned to another person. The coffee break starts when separately agreed between Oddlygood and the winner, but no later than on November 30th 2024, and ends automatically once 30 days have lapsed. The value of the one-month long coffee break is 3000 euros, and the value of the coffee machine and the Oddlygood® products is approx. 1000 euros. The winner is solely responsible for paying the taxes for the prize according to applicable legislation. The winner will receive the monetary prize following the delivery to and acceptance by Oddlygood of the 2 units of visual materials created by the winner.

As part of the campaign, the winner is obliged to create 2 units of visual materials for Oddlygood’s social media. The final visual materials created are subject to Oddlygood’s approval. The winner will also have the opportunity to share more photo and video content from the coffee break on their own social medial accounts.

By participating in the campaign, the participants assure that the material they create is not offensive or inappropriate, that they have all necessary rights to the material and its distribution and that the material does not infringe any 3rd party intellectual property, or other, rights. The participants hereby grant to Oddlygood (i) a right to publish the material created by the participants in any Oddlygood owned channels (including but not limited to Oddlygood’s TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked channels, as well as Oddlygood website) and (ii) to use the material in Oddlygood marketing, in perpetuity and irrespective of the media or territory. Oddlygood is also entitled to use the winner’s name and picture in connection with the campaign. Oddlygood is not liable for the material created or published by the participants.

If a participant has given Oddlygood false or insufficient contact or other information, or if Oddlygood is not able to deliver to the participant information on their win or the prize with efforts and costs that Oddlygood considers reasonable, Oddlygood is not obligated to deliver the prize. Moreover, Oddlygood may refuse to deliver the prize if the participant is not eligible to participate in the campaign under these rules or due to other similar reason. In such cases, Oddlygood may, but is not obligated to, choose another winner.

Oddlygood is not liable for any damages, including also any costs or fees, caused or claimed to have been caused, either directly or indirectly, by the participation in the campaign or by accepting or using the prize. Oddlygood is not liable for any problems or hinders in participating in the campaign or receiving the prize that are due to technical, logistical or any other similar reason. For clarity, the winner themselves is responsible for making all necessary arrangements to be able to have the 30-day break from other obligations they may have.

Oddlygood has the right to amend these rules with immediate effect without any notifications. Oddlygood also has the right to cancel or change the campaign if it considers it necessary. These rules and any decision Oddlygood have taken based on these rules are binding on all participants. Any possible dispute, controversy or claim relating to the application or interpretation of these rules will be finally and unilaterally decided by Oddlygood.
